Brentani Roncolatto Advogados was founded in 2002 by Barbara Brentani Roncolatto. The firm’s work dynamic is guided by its institutional mission: to provide the best customer service, which means to provide customized legal advice in order to tend needs, challenges and singularities of each client.
Our aim is to advice each customer in a personalized, yet agile and creative way. We do not work in a mass or standardized fashion; we seek to truly comprehend our Client’s needs. We are close to each Customer business sector in order to recommend a solution which is legal in nature and also meets Clients’ institutional and commercial objectives.
There is great interaction among all professionals of the team, who together are always seeking to attend clients in an agile manner and with an appropriate cost.
Our practice is focused on business consultancy, especially in Technology, Contractual and Corporate Law, Regulatory and Life Sciences and Compliance. The firm also has a litigation practice focused in the areas of law which are the Firm’s main areas of practice.
The firm is prepared to take legal and administrative action outside the District of São Paulo, and does so through its members, as well as through correspondent offices. We have corresponding offices in several cities in the countryside of São Paulo, in the States of Rio de Janeiro, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais, Pernambuco, Amazonas, Bahia and the Federal District.
As for Clients who are individuals, we work with real estate, family and inheritance law, especially in setting up family holdings, estate and succession planning, as well as advising executives on negotiating their hiring/resignation.
The firm distinguishes itself for the technical depth of the work and the dedication to each case. Because of this philosophy the newsletter “NA PRÁTICA” was born. It is a bulletin, prepared by firm members and available to the clients, colleagues and suppliers. Two legal matters are selected to be reviewed in each edition of the newsletter, pointing out the practical effects of the selected subject matter to the business community.
Our firm has state-of-the-art technology capabilities, allowing staff members to have remote access to the entire database, providing adequate work agility. The confidentiality of Client information is a priority – the office relies on remote back up of all data in a state of art outsourced data center.
